We answer within two business days.
It happens, and it isn't your fault. The camera is better at some objects than others, and it struggles most when something is held at arm's length against a busy background. Three things help:
Anything you name yourself still counts. It scores half, because the camera didn't confirm it, but it fills the letter and keeps your word going.
Every letter can be skipped. Wait a few seconds and the skip offer appears. A skipped letter stamps with a ✳ and pays a quarter, and you can go back later and replace it for full points.
Anywhere out of the house. Point the camera at the sky for a once-a-day bonus — including at night, when the moon counts. If the sky isn't detected automatically, tap That's the sky.
Not yet. Plink World is still in testing and redemption is switched off. Every point you earn is kept and will be worth the same when it opens.
Everything lives on your device. Deleting the app removes all of it — your points, your photos and your streak. You can also clear it from Settings → Reset inside the app. There is no account and nothing to delete on our side.
The camera is only running while you're hunting. The app downloads two short words a day and nothing else; your photos never leave your phone.
The most useful thing you can send is a screenshot, plus what you were pointing at and what the app said. That's usually enough to reproduce it.
